Why Your Body Cannot Do Without Fatty Acids
When taken in sufficient amounts, fatty acids help you remain healthy, youthful, and fit.
Over the years, I have added many supplements, including vitamins and minerals, to my diet. Some have made a huge difference in my well-being. For instance, I have found that taking a Complex B vitamin every day helps me feel less anxious. This might not work for everyone, but I have trouble assimilating the vitamin from my food.
Another supplement I’ve added to my diet is Cod Liver Oil capsules, which contain omega-3 fatty acids. As a result, I’ve noticed that my skin is in better shape.
