Today is the first blank page of the 2023 book. How about we make it a great book?

Are you one of those people who, every New Year, starts by making a few resolutions? You may want to get leaner or fitter. Or this is the year you will finally clean out the storage locker.

However, I’m betting that two weeks into January, all is forgotten. It’s hard to make resolutions because there isn’t a plan. More like a wish!

However, with 30-Day Challenges, you have a plan. You know what you will do daily, and you will have accomplished something when you get to the end of the 30 days.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to end this year with twelve accomplishments? That is my plan. What about you?

Over the next few days, I’m planning on posting different 30-Day Challenges. Pick the one that appeals to your goals, or do more than one!

Health and Fitness Challenges:

Quit Consuming Added Sugar — give up added sugar for 30 days and see the benefits.

Set a Time Limit on Your Screens — reduce the time you spend on your screens by 60–90 minutes for 30 days. Use the saved time for something more productive in your life.
