You can fit exercise into your life by doing it daily. Sticking to the habit at first might be hard, but it will get easier.
I am not making any New Year Resolutions, but I am trying to be more intentional when it comes to habits. One habit I want to develop is making exercise a daily habit.
I have been pretty sedentary these last few years, so I know I need to start out slowly. To that end I’ve made a schedule for exercising each day. What about you? Do you want to start a daily exercise habit?
