Your life is much easier if you aren’t always trying to sabotage your success!

We have met the enemy, and he is us,” is a saying that holds a lot of truth.

We undermine our own achievement considerably more than life in general, other people, or poor luck does.

It is important to understand that we can be our own worst enemy even when we think we are striving for success.

You would be surprised how much easier your life would be if you weren’t always sabotaging your own success.

It is perplexing why we insist on going our own way, but we do.

Understanding that truth is half the battle won in the fight against it.

To quit sabotaging yourself, use the following strategies:

1. Forget About the Past

Making mistakes in the past does not guarantee failure in the future.

The past should be used as a teaching tool rather than a forecaster of the future.

Leave the past behind and create the future you want.

2. Don’t Talk to Yourself if You Aren’t Saying Nice Things to Yourself
