We all live pretty busy lives these days, keeping up with our responsibilities at home, work, and family. Sometimes, it gets so overwhelming that all I want to do is curl up with a good movie and avoid my life.

I’m always trying to find a way to make my life calmer and, yes, simpler. After doing some research, I discovered some ways to do that.

Do you think your life is too chaotic to enjoy? Life can be made easier and more enjoyable by removing things that don’t matter and replacing them with things that do. A few everyday practices can simplify your life.

How to Eliminate Much of the Clutter and Distractions:

1. Ensure Items are Properly Stored After Use. Home clutter may be avoided by simply putting items away when they are no longer used.

Everything needs to be picked up and put away because it was not properly stored. Enforce this rule for all family members.

2. Pay Your Bills Weekly. Setting aside 10 minutes every week to pay bills will help you stay on top of them and prevent late fines. Knowing you have debts weighs heavily on your thoughts, whether you recognize it or not.
