Take charge of your stress problems by forming healthy habits to live a successful life.

I am trying to start this year by setting up habits that will enhance my life. In this crazy world of ours, I want to embrace more serenity. It seems like a good idea to keep stress at bay and build good habits.
So to find out how I can have a more peaceful life, I researched to find out what habits I could incorporate to make that happen. Here’s what I found out.
Do you feel calm and stress-free frequently? Or does it appear that feelings of stress and anxiety have become the norm?
Like most people, I find that I am unable to experience serenity and peace on a consistent basis.
With good habits, you can eliminate feelings of persistent stress and anxiety from your life.
It might seem that controlling oneself is the best solution. However you may have some influence over your surroundings, but you cannot control others, and sometimes you can’t control your emotions.
Here are Some Habits to Help Find More Serenity in Your Life:
1. Establish a Peaceful Morning Ritual. Getting up early is key. Most people make the mistake of lying in bed for as long as possible. This leads to rushing around and relying on luck to leave the house on time. If one event throws you off track, you’ll be late.
Wake up early enough so that you are not rushing around in the morning. Exercise a little. Even a walk around the block is a good idea. Take time to meditate. Read the paper while drinking your coffee.
Getting up early allows you to enjoy some quiet before you start your day.
2. Assess Your Stress Response. When you’re in a difficult position, pay attention to your conduct.
